Del Sol Medical Center is the only acute care hospital located in East El Paso where almost one half of the city's population resides and where we are experiencing a shortage of all medical specialties.
Del Sol Medical Center is licensed for 336 beds. There are nine ancillary facilities including wound management, diabetes treatment, bariatric, sleep center, oncology, diagnostics, women's health, and outpatient rehab. Del Sol Medical Center is one of ten hospitals nationally participating in Robert Wood Johnson's initiative, Expecting Success: Excellence in Cardiac Care.
