Del Sol Earns Spot on Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare
Del Sol Medical Center is one of three HCA hospitals nationwide and the ONLY El Paso hospital named on the 2009 “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” list by Modern Healthcare Magazine. Modern Healthcare Magazine and Best Companies Group designed the program to recognize outstanding places of employment in Healthcare.
Best Places to Work participating companies provide information from both the employer and employees. Employers complete a survey detailing: company policies/practices, benefits and demographics and employees are asked an in-depth set of questions that result in an analysis in eight core areas: leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.” In July Del Sol randomly selected 400 full-time employees to participate in the survey, receiving valuable and positive feedback.
